Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

Access to the jitu26 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of Malaysia or are accessing the platform from Malaysia.
• You register and use the account for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been banned, suspended, or barred from using any online gambling platform.
• You do not have a diagnosed gambling problem and are not currently enrolled in a treatment programme related to problem gambling.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jitu26 reserves the right to request proof of identity or eligibility at any time to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended pending resolution.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account on jitu26. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. The details required include:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card.
• An active Malaysian phone number that can be reached.
• A valid email address that you actively access.
• A strong and unique password for your jitu26 account.

Jitu26 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. The verification process may require you to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card or other supporting documents to our compliance team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitu26 account password and login credentials. jitu26 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access is the result of your own negligence. Please contact the jitu26 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Jitu26 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other supported Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount at jitu26 is RM10 for all payment methods. There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members; however, limits may apply depending on account status and compliance. All deposits are processed instantly — within one (1) minute for eWallet and DuitNow, and within five (5) minutes for FPX.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as your jitu26 account — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. Withdrawal processing times are between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes for standard members and under five (5) minutes for VIP members.

Funds deposited into your jitu26 account are intended solely for the purpose of betting and online gambling on our platform. jitu26 does not operate as a financial institution, and your account balance does not accrue interest. You may withdraw your account balance (excluding active bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement) at any time without restriction, subject to the applicable identity verification process.

Jitu26 offers a range of promotions and bonuses for Malaysian members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, weekend reload bonus, and a referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• One active bonus at a time: You may not hold more than one active bonus at a time. You will need to choose whether to use a Sports Betting bonus or a casino bonus first.
• Rollover requirement: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that is clearly stated in the terms of the relevant offer. Winnings derived from bonus use cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.
• Duration: Each bonus has a validity period within which the rollover requirement must be fulfilled. Bonuses not completed within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited, and the original deposit will not be affected.
• One claim per player: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

Jitu26 reserves the right to void any bonus, promotion, or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that abuse, fraud, bet coordination, or exploitation of the bonus system has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated software, coordination across multiple accounts, or any other method designed to unfairly exploit our promotions.

The specific terms for each promotion — including the exact rollover requirement, minimum qualifying odds, games that count towards the rollover, and the validity period — are stated on the relevant promotions page on jitu26. Those terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions and carry the same legal force.

All bets placed on jitu26 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet — including your selection, stake amount, and chosen market — before confirming it. jitu26 is not liable for any errors made by a player when placing a bet.

Jitu26 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors or system bugs causing clearly incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Inaccurate match information or sudden changes in match conditions before the event begins.
• Evidence of match manipulation or suspicious betting activity.
• Exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, major technical disruptions, or directives from relevant authorities.

For live Sports Betting (in-play), odds change continuously in line with match conditions. Bets placed during an internet connection disruption or display delay may be rejected if the odds have shifted significantly between the time the bet was placed and the time it is received by the jitu26 server. This is to ensure fairness for all parties.

For casino, slots, and poker games on jitu26, all games use certified random number generators (RNG). Every game outcome is fully independent and random — there is no way to predict or influence the result.

Jitu26 takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. All collection, processing, and storage of player data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

Jitu26 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that misconduct has occurred, including:

• Identity fraud or the submission of false information during registration.
• Bonus or promotional abuse.
• Multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Money laundering or illegal financing activities conducted through the platform.
• Bet manipulation or coordinating with others to exploit markets.
• Disrupting other players or jitu26 staff.
• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting the jitu26 support team. Prior to closure, all valid deposit balances (excluding active bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you via your original payment method or an agreed alternative.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, jitu26 and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of, or inability to use, the jitu26 platform.
• Technical errors, service outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Betting or game outcomes that do not go in your favour.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Unauthorised use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence.

Under no circumstances shall jitu26's liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the use of the jitu26 platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 – Contact Customer Support: Reach the jitu26 support team via live chat on the platform or by email at support@jitu26.best with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 48 business hours.
• Step 2 – Formal Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request that your case be escalated to the jitu26 management team, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will provide a final response within seven (7) business days.
• Step 3 – Third Party: If a dispute remains unresolved, both parties may agree to refer the matter to independent mediation in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. All disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal mechanisms above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Jitu26 reserves the right to modify, add, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this website, with the revised update date reflected accordingly.

We will endeavour to provide registered members with reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility as a jitu26 member to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.

Your continued use of the jitu26 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your deposit balance before the new terms take effect.
